We selected Meredith because she had great knowledge of the areas in proximity to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. This was an important consideration for us. Meredith also focused on personally understanding our needs and then allocating quality time to take us to the different options and explain the plusses and minuses associated with them as they applied to our goals. This was in stark contrast to two other realtors we interviewed who wanted us to pay $150 ($75 each) to a service that would drive us around town. There was no way we were going to do this. We believe that her expertise and ability to adapt our search based on direct feedback was important. Once we did get into contract, her assistant Keri was very good at keeping all of the administrative tasks on time and following up with us as needed.

But I do have to report that we requested some repairs on our new home and I had to remind the team a few times to see if the receipts were received for all repairs.
